No matter how the world changes, these little moments can’t be duplicated. Our children are tiny for just a moment in time, and by photographing them, we can give them the gift of how they were seen through our eyes.


That's what I am here to do.

You are not looking for perfect. You're looking for real.


The messy energy, the quiet moments, the way your kid reaches for you without thinking. The way they absolutely will not cooperate for a single photo when you actually want them to. You want someone who gets it, and who can find the beauty in all of it anyway.


That is exactly where I come in.


I am Amanda, a Minneapolis photographer and a mom who is absolutely in the thick of it, too. I started Wonderfolk Photo Co. because I wanted a place to capture families just as they are: wild, tender, a little chaotic, and full of everyday moments that feel fleeting but matter so much.


My sessions are relaxed and unhurried. Nobody has to sit still. Nobody has to smile on command. We follow their lead, and somewhere in the middle of the chaos, the real moments unfold.


They always do.
